Anyone who has once been to the Zillertal for skiing will always want to come back. For one thing, all the many kilometres of slopes are very well tended and snow sure, the modern ski-lifts take the skiers right up into the mountains and there is lots of pleasure to be had from the large number of huts. Ski- & Glacier World Zillertal 3000

Six skiing regions combine to create one enormous one: from December to April you can enjoy 196 kilometres of slopes, natural snow and mogul slopes and powder snow slopes. There are 62 of the most modern ski-lifts to take skiers up to 3,250 m.

Ski region Eggalm

Enjoy 21 km of demanding downhill slopes, some of which finish in the centre of Lanersbach and Vorderlanersbach – so practically at the Jakober Hotel's front door.

Ski region Hintertux Glacier

On the Hintertux Glacier you can as it were ski "one storey higher": right up to 3,250 m, all the year round. With a 100 percent guarantee of snow and 60 km of perfectly prepared powder snow slopes, the ski region is truly a Mecca for the skiing aficionado.
